Fiona designs and facilitates leadership workshops for Fortune 500 companies, cutting-edge NGOs and multi-lateral institutions while delivering executive coaching that transforms how leaders approach failure, resilience, and risk-taking.
As Founder and CEO of the award-winning WILD Network, she leads a global community of 25,000 purpose-driven leaders.

What if I can't attend all the live virtual sessions?
We record all masterclasses so you can catch up if you miss a session. We encourage live attendance when possible.
Is this program only for people who are currently employed?
We welcome participants in various situations: currently employed and exploring, in transition, on a career break, or recently departed from a role.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Refunds offered up until 60 days prior to the course start date.
How much time should I expect to commit?
Beyond the scheduled sessions (approximately 1.5 hours per month), plan for reflection time and action steps between sessions.
Participants frequently spend 1+ additional hours per month on taking forward what they’ve learned. This decision is unique to each person based on where they are in their transition planning.
What if I don't know exactly what I want to do next?
That's precisely why this program exists. You don't need to have all the answers. You need a process to find them.
